We are a couple of Tutu Artists that specialize in the custom tutu. We create tutus for infants, babies, toddlers and little girls for every occasion – dress-up, holiday’s, photos, theme parties, ballet class or a trip to the grocery store! Our designs are Tutu Cute and Tutu Unique for words. Prices vary per design, but we keep them reasonable and affordable so that there is something for everybody’s budget because when you see a little girl in a tutu it just brings a smile to your face.
